- Claim Form Deadline: October 4, 2021
- Who's Eligible: Current and former Heartland Employment Services employees in Illinois, including those who worked at HCR ManorCare, Arden Courts, and Heartland Healthcare locations, who used a fingertip scanner to clock in and out between Dec. 18, 2013, and April 23, 2019
- Those who are subject to individual arbitration agreements and did not opt out of those agreements are excluded from the settlement.
- Estimated Amount: Varies
- Each Class Member who submits a valid claim form will receive a payment, the amount of which will depend on the number of valid claims filed.
- For example, if half the estimated 10,836 eligible Class Members file a claim, the parties estimate each claimant's payout to be approximately $640
